SUJI HALWA
Ingredients: Semolina 100 gm Sugar 100 gm Fat 40 gm Cardamom 4-5 no. Water 200-300 ml. METHOD
- Melt fat and roast semolina. Till it is light brown.
- Add hot water and mix well.
- Keep the pan cover for 2 min.
- Add sugar and mix well
- Add cardamom powder.
- Cook for 5 min. till all the sugar melts.
- Remove from fire and serve.
