SUJI HALWA

Ingredients: Semolina 100 gm Sugar 100 gm Fat 40 gm Cardamom 4-5 no. Water 200-300 ml.   METHOD  
  1. Melt fat and roast semolina. Till it is light brown. 
  2. Add hot water and mix well. 
  3. Keep the pan cover for 2 min. 
  4. Add sugar and mix well 
  5. Add cardamom powder.
  6. Cook for 5 min. till all the sugar melts. 
  7. Remove from fire and serve.
