KESARI KHEER    

Ingredients  Milk  1.5 litres Kesar 2 gm Rice 150 gm Rose Water Few drops Ghee 15 gm Almonds  20 gm Sugar 125 gm Kaju 20 gm Green cardamom 5 gm Kishmish  15 gm     
METHOD  

  1. Wash and soak rice for four hours. 
  2. Blanch almonds and remove the skin. 
  3. Dissolve saffron in milk boil milk in a handy. 
  4. Heat fat and fry the rice.
  5. Add milk and stir continuously. 
  6. Reduce heat and slimmer on slow fire till the rice is looked.  
  7. Add sugar and cook till fairly thick.
  8. Add remaining ingredients and serve hot.
