GAJAR KA HALWA
INGREDIENTS: Carrot 250gm Milk 100gm Mawa 250gm Clarified butter 55gm Sugar 115gm Dry fruits 20gm Cardamom 5gm
METHOD
- Wash carrot, peel and grate
- Add carrot to the milk and cook
- When milk dries, add fat and fry.
- Add half Mawa and cook
- Add sugar, add dry fruits and crushed cardamom
- Sprinkle over with left over Mawa
